You are invited to participate in our Survey to conduct Research on education and its effectiveness. We know that education experience can be truly stressful sometimes and we want to find out ways to support our students to cope with that more efficiently. Therefore, the purpose of this questionnaire is To get your feedback on the education and it’s reach to the people whichever you’ve experienced during or after your academic period and the ways you’ve handled that. Also we like to know your opinions or suggestions to deliver qualitative education. The completion will take approximately 20 minutes.
There are 05 sections are involved in this survey which are as Below
1). Personal Information ( 5 Questions ) : This information we need to categorizes the information which we collect with this survey. ( We do not collect any sensitive information like email / contact number / social profiles. )
2). Academic Profile ( 6 Questions ) : As this is an educational survey; academic information must required.
3). Feed back about School / Institutes ( Current or Last Applied ) ( 18 Questions ) : This Questions help us to know about facilities provided by schools or institutes or it also help us to know need of implementation of new methodologies to provide better education.
4). Stress vs Educations ( 10 Questions ) : We know that higher education experience can be truly stressful sometimes and we want to find out ways to support our students to cope with that more efficiently. Therefore, the purpose of this questionnaire is to get your feedback on the stress you’ve experienced during this academic year and the ways you’ve handled that.
5). Feedback about Tajagna Youth Club ( 6 Questions )
